Returns & Refund Policy

As a wholesale textile supplier, all sales are considered final unless goods are received defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially different from the approved order specifications.

By placing an order, the buyer agrees to the terms outlined in this policy.

1. Inspection of Goods

Customers are required to inspect all goods immediately upon delivery.

Any claims regarding:

  • defects,
  • damages,
  • shortages,
  • incorrect items,
  • shade variation, or
  • manufacturing faults

must be reported in writing within *7 days* of delivery.

Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

2. Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges will only be considered under the following circumstances:

  •  Incorrect product supplied
  • Manufacturing defects
  •  Major damage during transit
  •  Significant variation from approved sample/specification

Returned goods must:

  •  be unused,
  •  unwashed,
  •  uncut,
  •  unstiched,
  •  in original packaging, and
  •  in resalable condition.

Any fabric that has been cut, processed, stitched, dyed, washed, printed, or altered in any way will be considered accepted and is not eligible for return or exchange.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Custom-made or special-order products
  • Dyed-to-order fabrics
  • Printed fabrics
  • Cut yardage
  • Clearance or discounted items
  • Private label or customized products

4. Shade, GSM & Size Variations

Due to the nature of textile manufacturing, slight variations in:

  • shade,
  • texture,
  • GSM,
  • width, and
  • finish

may occur and are considered commercially acceptable within industry tolerance standards.

Bulk production may vary slightly from approved samples or digital images.

5. Return Authorization

No returns will be accepted without prior written approval from our team.

To request a return or exchange, customers must provide:

  • Invoice/order number
  • Photos or videos of the issue
  • Batch/roll numbers
  • Description of the defect or discrepancy

Unauthorized returns may be refused.

6. Refunds & Replacements

Approved claims may be resolved through:

  • replacement goods,
  • credit note,
  • partial refund, or
  • exchange,

at the company’s discretion.

Refunds, if approved, will only apply to the affected portion of the order.

7. Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error or a verified manufacturing defect, return shipping costs may be covered by us.

For all other approved returns, shipping and handling charges will be the responsibility of the buyer.

8.Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not responsible for any indirect losses, production delays, business interruption, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

9. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
